City Brew Hall is hiring an additional Front-of-House Lead to strengthen weekend service, support our team during busy shifts, and help maintain a great guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading on the floor, stepping in where needed, and keeping things running smoothly during high-volume shifts.

This position adds depth to our FOH leadership team and helps ensure weekends are well-supported without overloading one manager.

This position could be part time, if only working FOH lead position or combined with serving + bartending for more hours.

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• 10–15 hours per week (for FOH lead)
  
• Some evening availability required
• Weekend rotation shared with FOH Manager
• Ideal for someone looking for consistent but flexible hours

💰 PAY

• $18/HR as FOH LEAD 
• Serving & Bartending $4.86+ DOE + Tips 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Act as a FOH lead during weekend shifts
• Support smooth service flow and guest experience
• Step in to bartend or serve as needed
• Handle guest questions or issues confidently and professionally
• Support opens, closes, and shift transitions
• Work closely with the FOH Manager and Bar Manager to execute established systems
• Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming environment during busy periods

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced in hospitality, serving, or bartending
• Comfortable taking a leadership role on the floor
• Friendly, confident, and guest-focused
• Reliable and steady during busy shifts
• Able to make good judgment calls without constant direction
• Team-oriented and supportive of existing systems
