American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a night shift position at an acute care hospital, requiring an active NC or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.
Details\n- \n
- Work in the Medical Surgical Combination unit of an 86-bed acute care hospital \n
- 24-bed unit with adult patient population \n
- Patient ratio of 1:6 \n
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM \n
- 36 guaranteed weekly hours \n
- Weekend rotation varies, working every other or every third weekend \n
- No on-call requirements \n
- Float required based on unit rotation \n
- Uses Paragon EHR system \n
- \n
- Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand \n
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA certifications required) \n
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience required \n
- Strong Medical Surgical clinical competencies required \n
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration \n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical surgical patients \n
- Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate \n
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible \n
- Must not be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment \n
- 13-week assignment length \n
