Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring 5+ years of experience on a fast-paced surgical unit.

Details\n

\n
• Work on South Wing 6, a 32-bed general surgical unit that can flex up to 34 beds
\n
• Fast-paced, highly acute patient population including general surgery, colorectal, elective weight loss (gastric) surgery, urology, spinal, thoracic, trauma, ortho-trauma, and endocrine cases, with occasional medical overflow
\n
• Patient ratios of 5-7 patients per nurse
\n
• NOC shift (19:00-07:30), 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
\n
• No on-call responsibilities
\n

Requirements\n

• Active MA RN license required
\n
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
\n
• Med/Surg nursing experience required
\n
