Our Home Health RN is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #297286-17. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
