We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, medication, and transportation.

· Follow individualized plans to meet each person’s needs.

· Provide companionship, encourage independence, and promote a positive environment.

· Document as required.

· Engage individuals to participate in skill‑building, and social activities.

· Maintain a clean and safe living area.

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

· Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

· Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

· Some benefits may require a waiting period.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Own a personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Background check
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
• Drug screening
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: holidays
• Willing to travel locally

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Available to work: overnight
• Available to work: weekdays
