Compensation Breakdown

Base Compensation: $50,000

Paid for completing your gestational surrogacy journey. This base amount does not change based on state, insurance, or employment status.

Standard Golden Benefits: $20,000

Includes:

• $500 Matching Bonus
• $500 Monthly Stipend (approximately 14 months)
• $1,500 Maternity Clothing Allowance

Golden Surrogacy pays $12,500 before pregnancy is confirmed.

This includes your matching bonus, medication start fee, embryo transfer fee, and milestone compensation.

This is one of the strongest pre-pregnancy payout structures in the industry and reflects our commitment to valuing your time, appointments, and dedication from the very beginning.

Experienced surrogates may qualify for additional compensation beyond the standard base.

What Expenses Are Covered?

In addition to your compensation, Intended Parents cover all approved surrogacy-related expenses, including:

• Travel, airfare, hotel, and mileage
• Lost wages if medically required
• Childcare if medically required

You should not have out-of-pocket expenses for participating in the program.

• Be between 23 and 37 years old
