Responsibilities:

1. Metal preparation and loading: You will be responsible for preparing metal parts for the anodizing process, meticulously cleaning and inspecting them to ensure flawless finishes. Using your keen eye for detail, you will carefully load the parts onto racks or fixtures, optimizing the arrangement for maximum productivity and coating uniformity.

2. Anodizing process execution: With your expert knowledge of anodizing techniques, you will execute the anodizing process with precision and finesse. Operating state-of-the-art anodizing equipment, you will closely monitor and control process parameters, such as voltage, current, and temperature, to achieve desired coating thickness, color, and texture.

3. Quality control and inspection: As an Anodize Racker, quality is your mantra. You will conduct thorough inspections throughout the anodizing process, meticulously examining the parts for any imperfections or inconsistencies.
