Job Title: Customer Service & Accounting Assistant (Full-Time)

Schedule: Full-Time | Preferred hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional for a full-time hybrid role combining Customer Service, entry-level Accounting, general Office Administration and HR experience. This position offers variety and growth, with responsibilities tailored to the candidate’s strengths and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic accounting tasks
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support general office operations, filing, scanning, and documentation
• Assist with reporting and spreadsheet management
• Provide administrative support to management as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Basic accounting knowledge or entry-level accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• HR experience
