Lawn & Landscape Maintenance-Crew Member $19-$21/hr

Everscapes Lawn and Landscape LLC is hiring dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our growing team. This position involves day-to-day landscape maintenance and project work for commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and installations
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
• Communicate respectfully with team members and clients as needed

Requirements

• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance required
• Ability to operate: walk-behind and zero-turn mowers, large and small mechanical tools, snow removal and general landscape equipment
• Ability to drive a company truck with or without a trailer
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
