Pay and incentives

What you will do

  • Administer medications and follow individualized nursing treatment plans
  • Monitor overall health status, including skin integrity, hygiene, and seizure activity
  • Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and internal teams
  • Respond to health concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up
  • Complete required health documentation accurately and on time

 

What you need

  • Current Massachusetts LPN license
  • BLS certification in Massachusetts
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting

 

Physical considerations

This role may involve assisting adults with transfers and adaptive equipment. All care is provided respectfully and with dignity.
