Pay and incentives

What you will do
- Administer medications and follow individualized nursing treatment plans
- Monitor overall health status, including skin integrity, hygiene, and seizure activity
- Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and internal teams
- Respond to health concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up
- Complete required health documentation accurately and on time
What you need
- Current Massachusetts LPN license
- BLS certification in Massachusetts
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting
Physical considerations
This role may involve assisting adults with transfers and adaptive equipment. All care is provided respectfully and with dignity.
