ROLE IMPACT:

The Micro Mechanical Assembler plays a critical role in producing high-precision components used in sensitive applications. This position ensures accurate assembly, testing, and inspection of micro-scale parts under a microscope. Success is measured by quality, consistency, and strict adherence to safety and production standards.

• Perform micro assembly and bridge wire weld operations under a microscope

• Conduct wire tensile strength and pull tests to verify weld integrity

• Set up workstations and fixtures according to written work instructions

• Use drawings, visual aids, and written/verbal instructions to complete assemblies

• Perform detailed visual inspections under a microscope to ensure weld quality

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions

• Strong manual dexterity to handle small assemblies and components under a microscope

• Experience using basic hand tools (tweezers, pliers)

• Familiarity with measuring equipment (ohm meter, go/no-go gauges, force gauges)

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Comfortable working with small parts in a highly detailed environment

Preferred Skills

• Prior micro-assembly or electronics assembly experience

• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment

• Ability to perform minor equipment setup
