About Our Family
We are a busy family of five, with three young children (ages 6, 4, and 1), and both parents working full-time in demanding roles outside the home. Our older two are in school full-time (kindergarten and preschool), while our youngest is in daycare. While we juggle the bustle of work and family life, we do our best to keep things fun, organized, and running smoothly. We’re ready to welcome consistent support to keep things flowing when life gets chaotic.
Our home is full of energy and fun, and we value creating a warm, welcoming space despite the hustle of our daily routines. We are eager to find someone reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented to help keep things in balance. While meal prep, laundry management, and regular household organization are a priority for this role, we’re looking for someone who can truly own these tasks and take them to the next level.
With three kids across two schools and two full careers, we’re looking for reliable support with transportation—primarily daycare pickup twice a week. We value structure but understand that life with young children can be unpredictable, so we’re seeking someone flexible, calm, and communicative who can help keep our home running smoothly and partner with us in a supportive, collaborative way.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
You are a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized individual who enjoys being a trusted partner in the home. You are proactive and comfortable working independently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and following through on tasks with minimal supervision. You understand that some tasks require immediate attention, while others can be managed with less urgency. You enjoy collaborating with the family, especially when it comes to meal prep, childcare routines, and managing logistics.
You understand that a calm, organized environment can have on a home, especially for children with sensory sensitivities. You’re the type of person who notices the small details that help keep a home running smoothly, from keeping things tidy to anticipating needs before they arise.
Most importantly, you have a warm, approachable demeanor and enjoy creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for the family, especially our children. You are flexible, collaborative, and ready to step in and step up to keep the household on track.
