As a member of our IT Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence by ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized.
Our Service Desk Analyst is required to have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and identity and access management, while delivering outstanding technical support to both internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and technical management principles
- Hands-on experience with networks, network administration, and installations
- Strong familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of IT security best practices; familiarity with NIST or CIS Controls is a plus
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT or service desk role
- Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure), including Microsoft 365 administration
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA and conditional access
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently or cross-functionally
What You’ll Do
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure business-critical systems remain secure and stable
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and license management
- Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and conditional access policies
- Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, applying security patches and updates consistently
- Document system configurations, procedures, and common user guides
- Analyze help desk trends to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating cross-functionally
- Provide after-hours support as needed to resolve critical system issues
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands
- Ability to sit, walk, reach, twist, crouch, kneel, or crawl to access equipment under desks or around office furniture
- Safely maneuver in tight or awkward positions while troubleshooting hardware and cabling
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small components, cables, and tools
- Ability to climb step stools or ladders to access equipment above floor level
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods during equipment setup or troubleshooting
- Ability to travel between company locations and drive as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity
