Role Description
Collect, clean, and validate operational data from systems supporting server rack production, supply chain, and logistics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as build cycle times, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement within the factory services team.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
Assist with the documentation of business intelligence processes and best practices for the data center environment.
Participate in special projects focused on capacity planning, demand forecasting, and operational excellence.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to team leaders and stakeholders.

Skill Level Requirements
Ability to collect, clean, and validate operational data – Basic

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or Python – Basic
Experience or coursework in data visualization tools – Preferred
Other Requirements
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in good academic standing working towards a bachelor’s degree.
Must be available to participate for the full 12-week internship duration.
Must be able to work onsite as required by the internship program.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour.
