Schedule: PM & NOC Shifts | Every Weekend | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin RN License
BLS (AHA) Required
RN experience in Long-Term Care 3 Years Required
Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Job Duties:
Medication administration
Resident assessments & wound care
Monitor changes in condition
Communicate with physicians/families
Maintain accurate documentation
Support CNAs and lead patient care as needed
