Finnish Customer Support for Ride-Sharing App Department in Athens, Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Finnish Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Athens, Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the first contact for our Finnish-speaking users, assisting them with various inquiries related to our ride-sharing services. Your fluency in Finnish will play a key role in delivering a superior experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries about ride requests, payment issues, and app functionality
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers on the effective use of our ride-sharing app and services
• Gather user feedback to help improve product offerings and customer service
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance product knowledge

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or transportation sector
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, customer-centric attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing apps or similar technology is a plus
• Willingness to work in Athens, Greece
