Job Description
We are hiring for Call Center Representatives to join a high‐volume, fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment. This is a union environment that offers stability, strong teamwork, and room for growth — including future opportunities in sales.
This position is 100% phone‐based and requires individuals who can stay positive, think quickly, and manage multiple screens and systems at once.
Location: Syracuse, NY 13208
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Status: 90‐Day w/ temp-to-hire / extension
Pay: $20.00/hr (Increasing to $20.50/hr on May 1st)
Mandatory weekend work during Thanksgiving and Christmas peak season (Saturdays required; Sundays volunteer OT sign-up)
You will support customers, sales reps, and delivery teams by handling a variety of inbound calls, including:
- Order entry and updates
- ETA inquiries
- Delivery support
- Invoice support
- Basic Accounts Receivable tasks (training provided)
- Supporting various operational teams after 4:00 PM
- Handling 50–80 calls per day
