MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Pay: $22–$25/hr | Full-Time | On-Site
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Mechanic with strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills to keep our rubber manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a stable, year-round position with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain presses, slitting machines, curing ovens, and other production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and identify root causes
Maintain maintenance logs and assist with equipment upgrades
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic skills
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
