Yardi ERP Application Manager

ComResource is looking for a Yardi ERP Application Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading the configuration, optimization, and strategic roadmap of Yardi Voyager and RentCafé platforms while ensuring compliance and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration, optimization, and support of Yardi Voyager and RentCafé
• Ensure compliance with Affordable Housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, HOME)
• Manage integrations using SQL, APIs, and Microsoft Fabric
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Lead and mentor Yardi Business Analysts
• Own product roadmap and release planning
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives
• Oversee system security design and permissions
• Coordinate Level 2 support and vendor escalations
• Support reporting, analytics, and data integrity initiatives

Essentials:

• 7+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager and RentCafé experience
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of Yardi database structure
• Experience implementing Yardi modules and managing ERP projects
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSIS/SSRS, or similar integration tools
• Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience

• Yardi certification
• Affordable Housing industry experience
• Experience with additional Yardi modules
• Experience integrating with Power BI
• PMP, ITIL, or change management certifications
