Pollo Regio is seeking a Rice and Beans Cook for our location in Terrell TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature rice and beans, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and season rice and beans according to our recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is presented and served in an appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in the management of food inventory and stock levels.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize production and ensure timely service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
