Join Our Team at MAYLR LLC: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Position Overview

At MAYLR, we specialize in the warehousing and distribution of products to influencers and journalists, primarily within the beauty and cosmetics space. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team as a Fulfillment Operative. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis (minimum of 3 days per week).

As a newly launched business in 2025, we are entering an exciting period of growth throughout 2026 and beyond. Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will take on various warehouse duties, including:

• Picking and packing orders accurately, following instructions provided on order sheets.
• Assembling and preparing packaging with attention to presentation and detail.
• Organizing and shelving goods efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $42,000 annually (based on a full-time role).
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days annually for full-time employees, with an additional day awarded for every year of service. PTO covers vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
• Health Insurance: Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision) with employer contribution, available after 90 days.
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer matching after 1 year of service. Matching contributions include:
  • 100% match on the first 3% of salary contributed, plus 50% on the next 2% contributed.
  • Vesting Schedule: Employer matching contributions increase incrementally over a 3-year period, incentivizing long-term retention.
