Rubber Molder - 1st Shift Aitkin - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a local manufacturer in the Aitkin area, and we are looking for Full - Time Rubber Molders to add to the team! Opportunities on 1st shift (Mondays - Thursdays, 6am - 4pm) With pay starting at $16.00/hour. Amazing Benefits included! 

Essential Functions:

• Accurately select the right material/tools/press settings for each job 

• Understand the production process (know measurements for weighing material)  
• Perform quality inspection of parts/product per directions Trim product parts   
• Accurately count product  

Competency Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required 

• Manufacturing experience preferred  

Physical Demands:

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety glasses, close-toed shoes (steel toe), gloves, arm guards)  

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift at least 50 lbs

Compensation:

• Pay starts at $16.00(1st shift)-$16.75/hour (2nd shift)
