This is a great position for someone fresh out of tech school or with basic shop experience who wants hands-on training and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services

• Assist senior technicians with repairs and diagnostics

• Complete multi-point inspections

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all Ford factory procedures and safety guidelines

• Accurately document work performed

Requirements:

• Basic automotive knowledge or technical school background preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Team-oriented mindset
