Caregiving Clinical Supervisor (LPN):
- Hours: Monday – Friday & On-Call Coverage as Needed (Evenings/Weekends); Flexible Schedule
- Work Setting: In-Office, Traveling in the Field, In-Home Visits, and Occasional WFH

- Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00/Hour
Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor (LPN) plays a hybrid clinical, operational, and administrative role within the non-medical personal care agency. This position is responsible for coordinating client care services, supporting caregivers in the field, completing nursing-related visits when permitted, providing aide coverage as needed, and assisting with administrative and operational duties when not seeing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate non-medical personal care services for clients, including scheduling, caregiver matching, and care plan updates.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address service issues or changes in care needs promptly.
- Participate in client intake, assessments, and reassessments as required.
- Perform nursing visits within the scope allowed for a non-medical personal care agency as needed.
- Support caregivers in the field with guidance, supervision, and problem-solving.
- Provide skilled oversight and documentation when nursing involvement is required.
- Assist with caregiver orientation, competency checks, and ongoing training support.
- Provide direct personal care services to clients when staff coverage is needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, meal prep, and companionship.
- Model best practices and proper care techniques for caregivers.
- Assist with scheduling, call-offs, coverage coordination, and caregiver utilization.
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver documentation in agency systems.
- Support compliance with state non-medical personal care regulations and company policies.
- Help reduce operational gaps by supporting intake, billing prep, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
