Lead HVAC Installer/Technician

DIRECT HIRE: An awesome opportunity for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer/Technician to join a dynamic team in the Douglasville, GA. area.  

Salary Range: $33hr - 36hr (+OT)
Base Schedule: M - F, 7am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance on existing systems
• Required to work well independently and the ability to keep from one (1) to three (3) apprentices productive
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement HVAC solutions
• N.A.T.E. certification preferred but not required
• E.P.A certification preferred but not required
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in residential/commercial retrofit/replacement - small split heat pumps and gas furnaces, mini-splits, package units on the ground, roof top package units, water source heat pumps, VAV boxes, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.
• 3+ years proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service work
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerant (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Physical Stamina and dexterity to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including climbing ladders and heavy lifting
