Laborer

• Operate industrial squeegees to remove water, debris, and excess materials from floors and surfaces.
• Use a shop vacuum (wet/dry vacuum) to clean liquids, dust, and construction debris.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites, including warehouses, construction sites, and commercial facilities.
• Assist with surface preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment operation procedures.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Dispose of collected waste materials according to company and site regulations.
• Support team members with additional general labor tasks as assigned.

• Previous experience in general labor, concrete, hardscape or construction support roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Schedule & Compensation:
• Full-time, open availability is required as hours may vary day to day.
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
• Travel is a must; all expenses will be paid for ($40 a day per diem)
