We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and repair of blow molding equipment and auxiliary systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs in a manufacturing environment.

Available Shifts
2nd Shift: Monday through Saturday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on blow molding and injection machines and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production goals.
• Collaborate with production teams to support machine setups, changeovers, and improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
