Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role offers an opportunity to provide specialized nursing care in a dynamic operating room environment. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years' experience as an RN in the OR setting, with a strong focus on orthopedic procedures. BLS and ACLS certifications are required to ensure readiness for critical patient care situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to surgical patients and support their families throughout the perioperative process.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accountability for patient safety and adhere to established protocols and standards.
- Utilize expertise in orthopedic surgical procedures to assist efficiently during operations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of OR experience.
