Job Description
The Inventory Associate is responsible for keeping accurate records of all equipment and supplies on the base. This role helps track, store, and account for assets to support daily operations and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities- Keep an updated inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Track equipment checked out and returned by personnel.
- Report any inventory issues, such as damages or shortages.
- Use inventory software to enter data and run reports.
- Work with logistics and procurement teams on restocking or disposing of items.
- Follow all safety and security rules for storage areas.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist with resource planning.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
