What You Will Achieve
Responsible for daily manufacturing facility sanitization (mopping, solution preparation, wiping of surfaces, transfer disinfection, etc) of the manufacturing suite and controlled environments
Execution and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Clear and concise documentation of all cGMP activities
Maintain current training status on all applicable SOPs
Work in a manufacturing environment involving physical labor tasks, moving process equipment and be able to lift in upwards of 50lbs
Monitor manufacturing control system and respond to alarms
Maintain par inventory levels of departmental supplies, including gowning, and support warehouse stocking and labeling
Execute job tasks in a safe manner, maintain all safety training requirements
General housekeeping of all facilities. Perform basic tasks to help maintain facilities in a state of control
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
A High School Diploma or GED with minimum 0-2 years of experience
Good interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations and provide effective training
Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
Commitment to adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and safety regulations
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Sanitation, particularly in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of aseptic and chemical cleaning processes
Familiarity with standard operating procedures in a manufacturing setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, ability to lift 50 lbs
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work weekends and early or late hours as necessary. Adhere to safe work practices and procedures such as aseptic gowning and wearing full face respirator.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
