Bus Driver - Kids 'R' Kids of University Center

📍 Location: Kids 'R' Kids University Center – 225 Collins Industrial Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

We are looking for a caring and reliable Aftercare Teacher/Bus Driver to join our team. This role is a unique blend of classroom support and safe transportation, ensuring children have a positive, fun, and nurturing experience every day.

• Safely transport children to and from school and scheduled activities in compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

• Perform pre- and post-trip bus inspections; maintain accurate transportation records.

• Supervise, engage, and support children during aftercare hours.

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity.

• Encourage cooperation, maintain discipline, and model positive behavior.

• Follow all state childcare regulations and center policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Completion of ProSolutions transportation training (or willingness to complete).

• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare setting.

• Knowledge of state childcare rules and regulations.

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour based on education and experience
