Job Responsibilities:
\n -Applies knowledge to produce high quality diagnostic images with use of professional knowledge to meet or exceed department guidelines.
\n -Assumes responsibility for maintaining professional competence through participation in continuing education.
\n -Takes a customer service approach in all interactions with internal and external customers.
\n -Communicates clearly and concisely with all levels of individuals while complying with confidentiality requirements.
\n -Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age related needs of the patients served in the assigned practice. These skills include: age appropriate communication skills, safety needs, patient teaching, and physical/functional growth and development.
\n -Use imaging equipment, PACS and EPIC to process and retain images and exam related information.
