Role Description
 

This is a part-time, remote Luxury Booking Agent role. As a booking agent, you will assist customers in planning and booking their ideal trips. Responsibilities include researching travel options, discussing package details with clients, managing bookings, processing payments, and addressing inquiries. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and personalized recommendations. You will be rewarded with travel perks year round. 
 

Qualifications
 

• Travel planning, research, and itinerary creation expertise
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with booking software, payment systems, and online tools
• Knowledge of popular spring break destinations, travel trends, and accommodations
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple bookings
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an asset
