What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble cabinets and modular components
- Read shop drawings and cut lists
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials
- Operate woodworking equipment (saws, routers, sanders, drills)
- Install hardware and complete finishing adjustments
- Inspect work to ensure craftsmanship and quality standards
- Steady, year-round indoor work

Indoor manufacturing shop. PPE required and provided (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves).

Requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, or carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and technical drawings
- Experience with woodworking tools and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Reliable attendance and team mindset
- Hands-on trade experience is valued — apply even if your background is closely related.
- Lift up to 50 lbs (team lift when needed)
- Stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling
