Registered Nurse – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU - Travel - (PACU RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2011.00 - $2136.00

Job Summary:-Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift.-Ensures safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable care of patients.-Provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.-Coordinates patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team.-Initiates, utilizes, and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care.-Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols and documents according to policy.-Identifies and meets patient and family learning and discharge needs on admission and throughout the episode of care.-Assumes responsibility for the clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.-Completes patient population/age-specific/procedure and protocol education and competency testing per unit standards.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, PACU
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed)
