TEAM LEASE OPERATORS

• Dispatch Fee: 15%
• Truck Fee: $900 $950/week (0.13 CPM)
• Insurance: $550/week (TEAM)
• ELD: $45/week | IFTA: $35/week | Trailer: $200/week | Admin: $80/week
