Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Ive had multiple strokes and I currently live in a nursing home my doctor has given me the ok to move out into my own home if I find a home health agency I just need someone to help me get up in the morning and on bed at night and change my brief in the afternoon Im able to prepare my own food About the care needs: Fun loving and caring, able to laugh at any jokes and be able to give and take jokes. im Open to them to have any interest or hobbies im willing to learn something new Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
