Prep Cook - Full-time

Job Description 

• Prepares food for hot and cold stations
• Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls from the menu
• Prepares, cuts and chops produce and meat
• Follows all Health & Safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature
• Has complete knowledge of the operation of toasters, microwaves and other equipment used to prepare food

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening 
• Clear fingerprinting/background check
