We are looking to add an Upper Extremity Partner to our Orthopedic team in our physician-owned, multi-specialty group.

Join Our Team:
  • Join 5 Orthopedic Surgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and additional support staff
  • Team includes Adult Reconstructive, Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, and Spine
  • Primarily outpatient focused practice
  • Monday - Friday; short days and typically wrap up by 3p
  • Practice full scope upper extremity including fractures, total shoulders, arthroscopy, carpal tunnel, etc.
  • Advanced Practice Providers available for hospital rounds, surgical assisting, and follow-ups
  • Opportunity to take trauma call if desired: will receive stipend and income from cases
  • Volume/Workload:
    • 25 - 30 patients per day on average in clinic
    • 5 - 7 cases per day on average in ASC
    • 3 - 4 cases per day on average in hospital
  • Physician designed, state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center; Owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group
  • On-site rehab, imaging, lab, pharmacy and more
  • Practice is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the hospital
  • Epic EHR

Requirements:
  • MD or DO
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)
  • Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $750,000 - $850,000, depending upon your qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $800,000 - $1,300,000.
