Family Medicine, Family Medicine Physician - Full-Spectrum - Paynesville

All physicians provide both outpatient and inpatient care, with the option to include emergency and obstetric services based on individual interest and experience, supported by CentraCare outreach resources and a modern critical access hospital and clinic located under one roof.

Schedule

• Full-time | Onsite CentraCare Paynesville, MN
• Day shifts with call rotation
• Call rotation of approximately 1:61:8, covered in one-week hospitalist/rounding increments

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Preferred:

• Interest in full-spectrum rural medicine
• Comfort with inpatient care; ER and OB experience welcomed
