$550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year; J-1 applicants receive a 3-year guarantee)

$50,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year contract
\n - $2,000/mo up to 24 months residency/fellowship stipend \n

Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% of productivity compensation
