  • Position to include no OB
    • \n
  • 2 Physicians, 5 APP's
    • \n
  • Call 1:5 or 6
    • \n
  • Average patients per day 10 - 15
    • \n
  • Cardiac rehab, PT, OT, X-ray, CT, ultrasound, laboratory, pharmacy, retail pharmacy
    • \n
  • Emergency room with E-emergency and ambulance services
    • \n
