Saint Joseph Emergency Department in Denver is seeking a Nocturnist Emergency Medicine Physician to join a respected, physician-led team. This modern, community-based facility offers in-house lab and advanced imaging (CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) to support efficient, high-quality care.

Facility & Coverage Details

EMR: Epic
Approximately 117 ED patients per 24 hours
24-hour physician coverage
Nocturnist shift: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM (9-hour shifts)
58 licensed hospital beds
10 Fast Track beds
Residents in the ED
APP coverage overlaps into the evening until 1 AM
Hospitalists manage admissions
Onsite lab and radiology services available
Low transfer rate (~2%)
Physician-led, collaborative environment

Physician Requirements

• ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ATLS required
