GraceMed Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Optometrist to join our growing care team.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Clinic Hours:
- MondayFriday
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursdays: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Additional Details:
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
- No routine weekend clinic schedule
What Youll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose vision conditions
- Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions
- Identify vision complications related to diabetes, hypertension, and other systemic diseases
- Prescribe medications and provide post-operative care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for coordinated patient care
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active Kansas Optometry License
- CPR Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Preferred
- DEA Certificate
- Public health or community clinic experience
- Previous medical office experience
