As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will run preset, qualified appointments, deliver a structured consultative presentation, configure pricing, and close premium window and door projects in the home.
What You’ll Do
- Run pre set, qualified in home appointments with homeowners throughout the DFW metroplex
- Deliver structured, consultative presentations on premium window and door solutions
- Configure accurate project pricing and present same day investment options using digital tools
- Guide homeowners through a one visit decision process and secure signed agreements when appropriate
- Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and follow up using CRM systems
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing skill development

What It Takes To Succeed
- Proven success in consultative or high ticket sales
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
- Comfortable driving daily throughout the DFW territory
- Self-disciplined and motivated in a commission driven role
- Strong learning agility for technical product and pricing systems
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, tablets, and digital sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
