Our Dallas Fort Worth division is growing and hiring due to expansion, creating a rare opportunity to join a high-tenure sales organization.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will run preset, qualified appointments, deliver a structured consultative presentation, configure pricing, and close premium window and door projects in the home.

What You’ll Do

  • Run pre set, qualified in home appointments with homeowners throughout the DFW metroplex
  • Deliver structured, consultative presentations on premium window and door solutions
  • Configure accurate project pricing and present same day investment options using digital tools
  • Guide homeowners through a one visit decision process and secure signed agreements when appropriate
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline activity and follow up using CRM systems
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing skill development

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Proven success in consultative or high ticket sales
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available
  • Comfortable driving daily throughout the DFW territory
  • Self-disciplined and motivated in a commission driven role
  • Strong learning agility for technical product and pricing systems
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, tablets, and digital sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle checks
