About the Role
Join Grayce and work on high‑profile digital transformation projects for leading organisations. As a Business Analyst, you’ll apply your expertise to drive improvements across complex digital journeys, particularly within the online sales and customer experience space. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology - helping to shape website enhancements, improve user journeys, and ensure changes are delivered seamlessly across front‑end and back‑end systems.
You’ll play a pivotal role in a value stream focused on delivering and enhancing online product journeys across multiple segments. With a significant pipeline of upcoming UI/UX and website development work, this role offers exposure to technical challenges, cross‑functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Map end‑to‑end website and digital journeys
- Document data flows across front‑end and back‑end systems
- Write clear, technically‑aware user stories (including APIs/endpoints)
- Gather and translate business requirements into implementable technical detail
- Work closely with product, development, and senior BA teams
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work on‑site in York three days per week
- Understanding of website journeys, UI/UX and digital behaviour
- Technical awareness including APIs, integrations, data flows
- Technical degree or background preferred
- Insurance or Financial Services experience is a bonus (not essential)
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
