Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 7pm (8 hour shift) + Saturdays as needed
ROLE IMPACT: This role serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about coverage and eligibility. As a key member of the service team, the Customer Advisor ensures a high-quality experience while identifying and generating lead opportunities to support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, following established guidelines and scripts
• Actively listen to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
• Document inquiries and resolutions accurately while meeting quality assurance metrics
• Identify and generate qualified leads for the sales team during service interactions
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to capture or verify lead information
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of customer service call center experience required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written communication) required
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• 1+ years of Auto Industry customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; AS400 experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse personalities and resolve conflicts professionally
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• AS400
• CRM or call center management systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in lead generation or sales support within a service environment
• Strong phone presence and ability to meet performance metrics
• Multitasking across systems and customer interactions in a fast-paced setting
