in Madison, NC is seeking apatient-centered Family Medicine physicianto join our collaborative, quality-driven team in 2027. This is a 100% outpatient rural primary care opportunity with a busy, diverse patient population and strong community connection.

We serve Rockingham, Stokes, and Guilford counties and are the largest practice in western Rockingham County, offering the resources of a large system with the feel of a close-knit community practice.

• Team-based model: 3 physicians + 5 APPs with task delegation to maximize patient focus
• 100% outpatient with a 4-day workweek
