Dough/Prep Team - Now Hiring

Compensation is determined based on experience with the potential for a raise after a few months with the company.

This position is for a one or two person team to come in early morning (typically 6am) to mix, cut, and shape the dough used for our pizza crusts, made fresh daily. After the dough is complete, there will be some prep tasks to be completed before the end of the shift. It is vital that this person possess a great deal of attention to detail, an efficient sense of time management, and the ability to work independently, as well as, with a team. Previous knowledge mixing or working with dough is a HUGE plus. Must have some basic kitchen prep skills, as well.
