Your work supports enrollment growth while expanding access to high-quality early childhood education.
Role Overview:
Meaningful Beginnings Daycare Center is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Consultant to grow enrollment and optimize our sales and marketing processes. This role will focus on increasing our enrollment pipeline, improving inquiry-to-enrollment conversions, leading our sales team, and supporting marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Enrollment & Sales Management
- Grow the enrollment pipeline for each center.
- Increase tour percentages for each center.
- Implement and maintain CRM best practices.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and run digital and community-based marketing campaigns.
- Maintain online presence, including Google Business, SEO, social media, and reviews.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns and messaging aligned with our brand.
Community Engagement
- Develop partnerships with local hospitals, OB/GYN offices, businesses, and family organizations.
- Plan and host events to engage prospective and current families.
- Ensure quality standards are met with current families through schedule calls.
- Represent centers at community events to boost visibility.
Staff Enablement & Leadership
- Train and support center directors and staff in high-converting tours, phone scripts, and relationship-based sales.
- Ensure a consistent and excellent parent experience across all centers.
- Hold the team accountable through KPIs and regular performance tracking.
Data & Reporting
- Build dashboards to track inquiries, tours, conversion rates, and enrollment capacity.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales, enrollment, or marketing experience in a leadership role.
- Strong CRM knowledge and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
- Highly organized with a results-oriented approach.
